Chiara Di Rienzo
I work with people who want to lead well, communicate clearly, and make meaningful progress in their careers. Every coaching relationship is tailored to the person in front of me—your goals, your context, your pace.
My background as a co-founder and director of a small sized business means I understand the real pressures of leadership: competing priorities, decision fatigue, and the balance between delivery and people. That experience shapes a practical, no-jargon approach to coaching that fits the realities of working life. As a qualified MBACP therapist, I also bring psychological depth to the process. I draw on principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) to help clients recognise patterns, work with self-doubt, and build resilience. The result is growth that’s both professional and personal—grounded, sustainable, and authentic.
Who I work with
Emerging leaders
For first-time managers or professionals stepping into leadership, coaching helps you find your own way to lead—authentically, confidently, and with empathy. Together we focus on the habits and conversations that build trust and motivate teams to perform well.
Career transitions
When your direction is shifting, coaching offers a space to pause, assess options, and plan next steps with clarity. Whether you’re moving up, sideways, or starting again, we’ll work to align your choices with what matters most to you.
How it works
Sessions are focused and reflective, using light assessments only where they add value. We identify what’s working, clarify what needs to change, and test new approaches in real situations. Progress is reviewed regularly so you can see what’s different—both in how you work and how you feel.
I use Strengthscope® as a practical, evidence-based way to turn awareness of your strengths into actions that make work easier and more effective.
I use Strengthscope® as part of our coaching process to help you see your unique strengths clearly and apply them with purpose. It gives a structured picture of what energises you at work — not as a label, but as a practical tool for growth.
Knowing your strengths helps you make better decisions, manage your energy, and lead with more confidence and ease. I combine this insight with reflective coaching to turn self-awareness into everyday action.
Strengthscope® it’s the only strengths assessment to achieve registered test status with the British Psychological Society.
- I use Strengthscope® as a practical starting point for coaching — to help you understand what fuels you, where you add the most value, and how to use that insight day to day.
- Name your natural strengths so you can use them deliberately
- Spot patterns that might lead to overuse or burnout
- Build confidence and direction through real self-awareness
- Have clearer conversations about how you work best
- See what genuinely energises you at work
I use WRAW as a practical, evidence-based way to turn self-awareness into everyday balance and resilience.
I use the Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (WRAW) assessment to map how you respond to pressure and what helps you stay steady. Based on the Five Pillars of Resilience, it gives a clear view of your thinking style, emotional patterns and wellbeing habits—the factors that support sustainable performance. In coaching, it’s a practical starting point: we spot what supports you, what drains you, and the few small changes that will make the biggest difference. It isn’t about a high score; it’s about understanding your patterns so you can build resilience in a way that fits your life.
- Notice early signs of stress and respond before you tip over
- Protect your energy with small, realistic habits that fit your life
- Set clearer boundaries at work and at home
- Stay grounded in tough moments and make calmer decisions
- Communicate needs with more ease and less guilt
- Improve sleep, pacing and recovery—so you bounce back faster
Ready for a clearer next step? If you want better career choices, steadier energy and resilience, or clearer leadership, choose the focus that fits now.
